We saw the same thing happening with client after client: websites that ranked well on Google, but were almost invisible when those same buyers asked questions to ChatGPT or other AI agents. The tools didn't exist, the methods were immature, and most agencies treated AI search as a footnote to SEO. That is why we chose to specialize fully in AI visibility – with our own analyses, our own KPIs, and our own methodology.
